The Kedron Hills Homeowners Association respects your concerns about maintaining strict privacy. Any information that you divulge to us is kept in confidence.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this privacy policy is to highlight the types of data that we collect, our reasons for collecting this data, our plans for using it.\u00a0 If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the association president (<a href=\"mailto:president@kedronhills.org\">president@kedronhills.org<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>For billing and accounting purposes directly related to the operation of the homeowners association, we maintain a database of properties, legal owners, addresses and appropriate contact information. This information is not available to the general public. Homeowners must use an individual username and password to gain access to this information.<\/p>\n<p>To better serve the recreational and social interests and needs of the community, we use the personal information that your provide to create electronic directories.\u00a0 Access to these directories is restricted to only those with appropriate user names and passwords, including other residents of the Kedron Hills neighborhood and others as designated by the Board of Directors. At no time will these electronic directories be accessible to the general public.<\/p>\n<p>We can not prevent neighbors from sharing their user names and passwords with non-residents.\u00a0 We can not prevent neighbors from printing these electronic directories and providing them to non-residents.\u00a0 When made aware of these abuses, we will investigate and take the necessary corrective action.\u00a0 If you are aware of any abuses, or have concern about a possible inappropriate use of these data, please contact the association president (<a href=\"mailto:president@kedronhills.org\">president@kedronhills.org<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>Your inclusion in data base of individual residents is completely optional, and you have complete control over the content and accuracy of this information. To offer access to the members-only areas of the web site, we require at a minimum your name and address.\u00a0 Your phone, email, and all other information is optional.\u00a0 If you desire, you can be removed completely from the individual resident data base, with the understanding that you will no longer have access to the members-only areas of this web site.<\/p>\n<p>We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose any of the information in any of our data bases.
