Kedron Hills is a 194-home residential community in Peachtree City, Georgia. Our community is a quiet refuge from the hectic day to day life around us.
The community features large luxury homes on spacious, wooded lots with wide streets that flow with the rolling hills landscape. Our community offers the perfect balance of quiet privacy and family-friendly, know-your-neighbors charm.
We are located on the north side of Peachtree City, in the Kedron Village area, with easy commuting routes to and from the Atlanta Metro area and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL).
Kedron Hills is conveniently located off North Peachtree Parkway near the Kedron Village Shopping Center. Our community is currently within the Crabapple Elementary, J.C. Booth Middle and McIntosh High School districts. They are consistently among the highest performing schools in Fayette County, which is one of the top-rated public school systems in the state of Georgia.
Peachtree City was established in 1959 as a master-planned city southwest of Atlanta. The city features 3 golf courses, 3 lakes, a 2,200 seat amphitheater, a state-of-the-art tennis center, an indoor swimming complex, and an airport with an active general aviation community. Peachtree City’s unique 90-mile network of paved multi-use paths connects neighborhoods, retail centers, churches, schools and recreation areas, using tunnels and bridges to safely cross major thoroughfares. Peachtree City is located in northwestern Georgia and is 25 miles south of Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport.
